Panel configuration

Choose With drive-mode control if your existing panel has the drive-mode control button. Otherwise choose Standard panel. Upload a photo showing the complete button layout.

The PB Valves Audi B8 / B8.5 kit integrates exhaust valve control into a replacement OEM switch panel, with our valve button pre-installed beside the traction-control button. Keep your interior clean without an additional aftermarket switch.

Features

  • Replacement OEM switch panel with integrated exhaust valve button.
  • Open and closed valve control at the press of a button.
  • Amber indicator on: valves open. Indicator off: valves closed.
  • Matching components connect together; installation also requires the specified power connections and wiring routing.
  • Remote control available with the “Include remote” option.

Compatibility

For compatible Audi B8 and B8.5 vehicles with the matching switch-panel layout. Compatibility depends on your exact model, year, factory equipment and exhaust setup; this is not a universal fitment guarantee for every B8/B8.5 vehicle.

Please provide your vehicle model, year, left- or right-hand-drive configuration and a clear photo of your existing switch panel so fitment can be confirmed before dispatch. Exhaust valve mounting and electrical compatibility must also be confirmed.

Included hardware by exhaust setup

  • Use my existing remote (aftermarket valves): the integrated interior button/module setup works with your compatible existing remote and exhaust controller. This option does not add a new remote-and-controller kit.
  • Add remote + controller (stock valves): includes the integrated button/module setup plus the remote and controller hardware for your stock-valve application. Any required actuator hardware and quantity depend on the confirmed vehicle configuration.

Stock electric and vacuum-operated valves are supported with the matching setup. For stock valves without a remote, include your car model. The final panel configuration is confirmed before production.

Optional extra valves

Standalone valve assemblies are for custom exhaust builds that need additional valve hardware. They are separate from any actuators required to operate your existing valves. Keep No additional valves selected when retaining your existing valve assemblies. Select the valve quantity and pipe size to see the current total.

Installation and operation

Fitting depends on the panel, valve type and selected control hardware. Plan for the specified power connections and wiring routing. Professional installation is recommended. Restart memory and factory automatic-mode behaviour depend on the exact controller and vehicle power supply; contact PB Valves if either feature is essential for your setup.

Do I need to buy extra valves?

Choose Custom exhaust build to add new electric valves: one valve is +$80 USD and two valves are +$120 USD. Then choose your valve size.

When will my order arrive?

For controllers, allow 3–5 days for production after panel confirmation, followed by 1–2 weeks for shipping. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
